Matthew Schneider
Matthew Schneider is associate professor and past chair of the English and comparative literature department at Chapman University. Specializing in the study of religion and literature, his publications include numerous articles and a book entitled Original Ambivalence: Autobiography and Violence in Thomas De Quincey. He is currently working on an analysis of the Beatles in the context of the English Romantic tradition and on a study of the poetry of war.
